Off to a bad start

So my idea of the 52 week Christmas card challenge is off to a bad start. I just discovered that the 52 week challenge started 3 weeks ago for 2012, Now as you all know I decided to do this blog as my challenge in 2012 as a new years resolution. So that being said My Christmas card challenge is still going to start on Jan 1st and will be 48 week challenge.

So her is some food for thought. As I rush around trying to get my Christmas cards done, along with prepping for all my card classes, and other holiday adventures for my family and friends, I keep thinking to myself...I should have started these cards months ago....What if my yearly challenge is to complete one Christmas card each week until I have 52 cards to mail out. this just might be the challenge for me! Any thoughts?

On the Hunt.

So I have been on the hunt for the best blog to follow for my weekly card challenges each month. I have tossed around the Idea of bouncing back and forth between a couple of sites, but then feel that it might be cheating.....If I stick to one blog...I will be challenging myself by completing the challenge whether or not I like the challenge topic or not.  If I bounce back and forth between one, two or three blogs, I give myself a little bit of freedom and my have a little more inspiration, is this cheating? Hmmm what to do, what to do.

So I have decided to venture into the world of blogging, a new but exciting adventure for me!  This all came about because I decided to challenge myself in 2012. I know I know, there is still a bit of time before I need to set my new years resolutions, but I figured a little bit of practice may just make perfect. Besides if I start now I do have a chance to win some cool prizes. I won't just post photos of the challenges I have completed here I will also post the little extras, 3D projects and other things I have been working on.

 So here goes nothing.....
